The share structure is pristine here. Whatever liabilities Epic has, Old Main Capital is filled with smart dudes and they can make a killing off the SS. Plus the Riggs people own huge blocks of shares. They stand to benefit tremendously with a RM and they gain nothing but debt relief with a BK. So this just feels like a no-brainer to me.
