By ready for trading you must mean that now everyone who wants to can sell since it has been trading every day.. it was just that some people couldn't sell..

I will also say that now CSHD is ready for trading, the next steps can and will take place. Patience and happiness; or like our-street, impatient and bitter.

Why would anyone sell now? If they were going to sell they probably are already out. The price now is no different from when it was FHAL. NEXT step 10K/Halt/$15
