The AS is 7B but that's a 1 time reservation. Doen't mean they plan the OS to increase to 7G lol. Most companies do that as each AS increase cost 30.000$ !!!
So most of the pinks take it all in one go and put it high enough to avoid multiple AS Raises each costing them 30.000$
