FINRA does not typically delete U.S. domiciled stock symbols unless the stock had been suspended by the SEC and the stock remained dormant for an extended time on the Grey Market. Within FINRA's purview they delete dormant foreign issuers with the suffix F on the ticker.
IHGP is no longer registered with the SEC and has not been suspended as a non-registered stock.
