The information is all over the place right now on this ticker. Nate needs to come out and provide a clear 8k of what exactly is going on. Most of all, he needs to show contracts signed. Until you actually get signed contracts, people will continue to claim this is a scam.

On May 12, 2014, Nate’s Pancakes issued 148,115 shares in exchange for $150 cash as founders’ shares. These shares were issued to Nate Steack and Marc Kassoff.

That is a quote as filed by Nate, mispelled last name and all.
