I plead GUILTY to making adamant objection to CSHD-asst.-mod.-"oilstrike"s two clear TOU-violation potty-mouth personal-attack posts. Yes, I plead GUILTY to spamming some 60+ repetitive objection posts to his two potty-mouth-personal-attack-posts and concurrently as he, asst.mod. "oilstrike", was deleting my each posted objection as fast as I could post that spam spam spam spam-spam spam spam spam.

Would I do it again?

Absolutely, taking into consideration that I did pm Matt 4 times (still unresponded to) and already spent time in jail just last week over this very same problem, UNRESOLVED TO DATE. That CSHD-board is a MAJOR I-HUB PROBLEM and in all likelihood going to get much worse as that masquerade stock proceeds into freefall and the posters there start screaming FOUL! And with all due respect, I dont envy your dilemna in monitoring/sorting out that CSHD-stock-board, it is a triple-enigma-stock for certain, the stock pps is in pluto's-orbit, the stock-sponsor, rufus, PROUDLY admits he is a certified 15-for-1 easter-bunny, and the board is more buggy than any I have seen since the ole rb-1999/2000 days.

BUT why am I being penalized with my "premium-tools" being de-activated and not the original TOU-perpetrator, "oilstrike"?!? I was acting ENTIRELY from a RE-actionary posture to PURE-POTTY-POST-ACTIONS that I singled out and that YOU have since deleted, CORRECTLY!!?

And why this JAIL penalty barring "premium-tools" access? Why not just "ban" me from the cshd-board freeing up my tools that i DO use often and my posting privileges? That could solve this problem temporarily, yes, for me anyway...but imo, it would make you two look even sillier in having 7 critical posters banned instead of only 6-critical-posters being banned with NOT ONE positive-poster banned! Let me repeat this FACT ESTABLISHED:

I sometimes wonder, were those six posters banned at CSHD for being critical of a magical $15 dollar vision of a sugar plum from an easter-bunny, perhaps? Shame on them, naughty, naughty!"

I reviewed my current paid-premium status here at I-hub and I am paid up thru 11/7/06. If either of you are interested in my renewing that premium subscription, I would suggest you re-activate my premium tools feature asap? tia
