What's Leo's goals are the key? Is he building the company for a complete sell (large payday)? Or, developing a small company to mid/large size? Would be tempting to cash out with the amount of shares Leo owns. Tough call, but much harder and more work involved to build this up to mid/large size. He's already been involved almost 10 years, not sure he'd want to do this another 10 if a great offer floats his direction.
