Any other public company in the world would have fired this management years ago. Any other public company would have had shareholders demanding pay cuts and demanding accountability. But here we have a BOD who has not been voted on or even seen in 4 years. We have shareholders who have not only failed to do anything, but fully support management instead. Pre reverse split shares in the billions have been issued just to pay salaries. And nobody does anything. I have never seen anything like this and I hope I never see anything like it again.
