Fabius....Its possible IPCI was advised but honestly, no one had fore knowledge of when the Supreme court would render a decision to hear the case or not. even the litigants aren't notified ahead of time. when they are notified it becomes public knowledge hence the news release. As for Teva , I'm still not sure they would be the partner anyway. I was asked by another who I thought would be a good partner and honestly its up in the air and anyone's guess. someone may want to partner Rexista merely to shelf it to avoid competition or to partner it to try and corner a market or to partner in order to break into the market. I personally like Gilead but who knows. and in the end as long as its a good deal and the partner is planning on marketing and has a good marketing and distribution in place, I don't care who it is LOL.
