Why should they require legit filings if nobody in our government wants to spend time pouring over it?

They "pour" ALL over it...
when it is pouring...
at their discretion...
pink, blue, grey, black, red, green.

Very nice synapsis of the Pinks in regards to regulatory concerns, and opportunity lost due to corruption.

lady, most all companies i know of when you have a series 7 or 66 won't even let you talk to clients or prospects about pink/greys. If its unsolicited then yes you can, and even then my conversations are about the risk not about the stock. Never ever would i talk to a client of mine, or even rec. a pinksheet stock. The risk is simply to great, heck most people freak out when there 401k or Ira drops .01 cent in a day, these days. Most people see the bang for there buck, oh i can get a million shares for $15 bucks, and more and more people are headed that way. It should be more regulated, and i hope it moves that way.

Your right though, its about a page or so in the books..and its real general and more limitations of the pps of a pink.
