most penny stocks are like this. Toxic debt selling scams. There was an article in June that was titled 3 stocks to watch out for in July. It had GALE, IDDR, and LCLP. they are all down almost 80 percent since then. The article was from tech insider. All of them seem to be on the same scheme.
