I'm inclined to agree with you...
My personal hunch (and it's only a hunch) is
I think this stays "open" long enough for Tarpon
to get their money...

How long will that be?
We'll they've sold over 100 million
shares so far... my guess is there are several hundred million
more shares looming.

it could be several months or so depending on how many are left.

After that I think they will fold.

If I'm wrong - great! If not... oh well...
