Actually, .001 is .001 more than the entire former company was worth. Now, it is highly doubtful that the shell will ever draw any interest....
If there ever were a reverse takeover, as in most cases, the new insiders see the most benefit. Existing shareholders are often reversed into oblivion---not that their holding were worth a plug nickel anyhow...
