Please explain how it is not a startup despite only operating in current state for 6 months. I could care less what they did 10 years ago as that is not applicable to what they are doing now.

Wronggg!, MGT was basically a shell before JM and crew came along to build a new company. Happens all the time in the business world as it is much cheaper to do so. MGT is a whole new company......those are the facts.........and they are off to a great start with only being a few weeks away from a new product release!
