well its not looking like its going to stop falling tomorrow.I hate to say it but it looks like we will be trading in the three's before noon.We get an early sell off about everyday. Someone must have passed out on the sell button.Still we have a filing due and the notice to file late today might have hurt us early and helped in the later day. I'm tempted to sell on the first bump up where I can come out clean or almost even....same mistake I always make.So I'm holding and watching for more developments. I haven't been ahead yet.The stock is priced for a billion share outstanding. I don't think we are even close and If I'm right when the next filing comes out we might get a big lift. GOOD LUCK
