Never made a single payment.

Apparently NTEK made ONE payment (in shares instead of cash), but, due to the value-protection clause, and the fact that NTEK stock value was falling like a stone, it turned out to be an incomplete and partial payment.

NTEK then refused the conclusions of the appraiser, and later claimed that the appraiser made mistakes in his calculations (despite they had agreed to abide by the appraiser decision).
And, since the first payment was in dispute, NTEK elected not to make the other monthly payments.

Those bad faith decisions will cost dearly to NTEK. I mean, to NTEK shareholders.
