I agree but how many free samples and trials took place? Those usually take time to convert to actual paid scripts. Many including myself were too optimistic with a big Q4, but after the quarter is done and we get into the first month or two of the New Year it will be a FULL 6 months. We never really got started until after Labor Day as July/August are not months you are going to see a lot of doctors both from a sales and patient perspective ( I stated that many times). After Labor Day in my business and many is when things usually pick up. I think the number of new Endo's is a good sign that there is penetration, but scripts moving strongly is still a few months away. If we see no major pick up in February/March then I will be very concerned. The settlement with SNY is a very positive development and was a big event for MNKD.
