Recent activity by the company seems to point in that direction. Jdoggs & nvidia think so and I agree.

It's anybody's guess what kind of news, or when...or even if for that matter. But it's clear the company is positioning itself for a move. Recent filings indicate a shift towards going current.

CBDS president David Tobias is apparently a major shareholder of DEQI so something is in the works.

David Tobias owns 357,500,000 Common Stock (Restricted) as of 6 Nov 2016. Pg 4 of this disclosure:
