Since none of the insiders are selling, they are doing something novel... they are actually working on executing their business plan instead of playing the pump & dump game through public promotions. They know they are close to having both business units become successful and they understand the stock price will take care of itself once these milestones are reached.
They were aggressive in the conference call with dishing out guidance. Lisa Thompson from Zacks just issued another report:
They are right on schedule with CybeRisk and Finjan Mobile is slightly ahead of guidance with revenue expected in the next month or two. 43 days to the end of the year. I predict it hits $2 again in this period. Mark it and we'll see the results soon enough.
