All of these descriptions of a new set of initiatives to evidence efficacy increasing cancer survival are really beside the point, even for an experienced Oncologist.
Why, this part is the most simple.
There are "just" too many (an infinity almost) of overlapping mechanisms. All these wonderful articles
are written to extract evidence of possible unassailable
evidence of something ( an overall response) occurring at some stage of data collection supporting possible influences increasing survival rates. And if, for the Oncologist, data from all, and I mean all, this exemplary research enunciated a new more effective required protocol, increments of progress would abound. And yet the incompleteness of all this gathering of the inchoate data
which has not yet been adequately mined determines
the fragility of every single approach.
