It looks like they want to unload almost 5 million shares, converted from preferred to common so the narrative of dilution keeps going, that they paid $5 each for....well obviously they'd be losing money if it drops below $5.....of course given Intel's balance sheet they can certainly afford it.
These calamities are "bleed outs." The patient is ok (albeit in pain) for a while. But remember, there's 4.5 M shares looking for a dumpster. Go watch "Reservoir Dogs" if you want to see how this one ends.
