Right, I didn't say late filing is in any way a positive (though it could be called a frequent event, in general), but to set up a hoo-ha in these circumstances seems definitely off-target. One has to set up a perspective, and, within that, keep a sense of proportion between major and minor events.

I don't see the sky falling in at all. If I had to choose, better a late filing than a late falling. At the end of this, we might yet see the company walking tall. Am I right in supposing that, if so, you will be here to welcome that?
