Hmmm, from the press release: "BRZL, announced today the Company has signed a definitive agreement merging Scepter Holdings, Inc. with F3 Innovations, a Holding Company for Colorado Based Sports Nutrition company Intensity Nutrition."

I checked the Colorado SOS for Intensity Nutrition.

The true name of at least one general partner of such general partnership is F3 Innovations, LLC

The trade name under which such non-reporting entity transacts business or conducts activities or contemplates transacting business or conducting activities in this state is Intensity Nutrition.

On 02/08/2016 they filed for a Trade name - Intensity Nutrition isn't incorporated in Colorado. And that is the only document filed for Intensity Nutrition.

F3 Innovations isn't a registered business entity in Colorado.

I wouldn't bother doing DD on this stock. Everything anyone needs to know about this group is already posted. There's basically 2 women who don't know when to lie and when to tell the truth.
The best thing any investor can do is simply not give these people the time of day.
