Agreed. Further, I only skimmed the filing so I may be wrong, but it looks like they sold the ship for $39M yet only owed $16M on the credit facility. I am sure there are other fees for the transaction (thought I saw like another ~$600k) but that would still leave an additional $20M in cash after the payoff.
