Normally rate hikes are bad for PM's, that's true, but look at what happened to PM's after they raised rates last December. Gold and silver took off higher and the stock market tanked in January 2016.
It's going to be interesting to see if they CAN raise. I'm beginning to think they won't because they can't. I still think they will fabricate something between now and Dec. to call it off.
