If a person isn't making their point honestly, and with the intent to decive, then I wouldn't give them the time of day.

I respect any point if a person is making it honestly. Your passion is obvious StreetInvestor....but your questions needs to be direct with the same passion to the CEO who has already issued statement which have not been true (The float being bought up, $15 by end of July, $500 million financing, $300 million in cash..., the price will be 'reset' upon completion of the merger when the new symbol comes about??)

These have all been PR'ed or stated verbally by the officers. They are fair game for questions of clarification.

So you ask me if I'm blind. Not at all. I heard the same words that everyone else did. However the more important questions that you need to be asking are the points in the parenthises above, among other major points of contradiction. You and others should not be blind to these points as you proceed day in and day out of the same serving of nothing.
