They can be debt free but who are they suppose to make money lol?

How many shares AS/OS? And how is SARA going to satisfy the $1 requirement before getting de-listed? Is there a reverse in SARA's future? With no debt, and the shares in tact after BK, SARA should be easy past a $1, something is missing? Just asking, thinking about purchase?
