Feb 2014 out of the blue came millions of shares buying at the Ask at that time. Total daily volume was over a billion and the price per share went almost over .0005 at that time until the pressure subsided. Then slowly fell back to .0001 over time. No news, no RMTD PRs, no explanations.

You're right. It was a simple pump by either one trader or a number of them working together based on the news that came out in October of the 2013. They accumulated shares over a period of time and then let lose with a whole lot of postings to pump the hell out of the ticker based on the volume that, they themselves created and then dumped the stock as it rose to $.0005. And then, disappeared. Made a nice buck quick and easy.
