Yeah, you're right BUD. I've contacted E*Trade several times and they all have different stories.
Like I mentioned in my post, I'm not worried about it at all. I've been through the same situation with E*Trade before in the past, and they were able to follow through.
I am very confident and feel comfortable that they will follow through with CSHD as well.
