It's a LOI. Nothing can be done. No contractual agreement. Just a verbal half hearted commitment. Silence on this matter is quite upsetting if this indeed is not a scam. 3 months with no update. No pictures, no social media, no email replies. Nothing but a change in direction that will need another 4 months to complete over and over again.
