I'm still hearing rumors of DSNY interested in TWTR but not Google... but I think a buyout by either is still very possible at any time.

You won't know until the buyout has happened. They are not going to disclose information like this knowing what it can do to the stock price.

If you believe the buyout is happening, then just buy it.
