At one time the permission to issue more shares to 3 billion ,was to increase and have acquisitions-the original S Scott pitch.
No acquisitions have occurred and shares now used to exclusively
pay salaries and debt (acquired for paying executives)
there has been NO EXPANSION AND CONSTANT RETRACTION . The bonuses for MH and other board members was supposed to be reward ,as achievement bonus. MH and CFO for getting off greys .That hasn't happened ,in reality (achievement or off greys to OTCQB ).
No end to the BS in site
