Pan, Rest assured there will be no real significant revenue from el cap before Dec. 31 2016 or Dec. 31 2999. But I do not think anyone will go to jail. The US justice system shown it is incapable of prosecuting desert dirt scams. They don't know how to prove wrong doing so they just don't try or give up.
