Looks like Melody gets to have her cake and eat it too. If this falls anywhere under 64.4 cents for 5 consecutive days then Melody gets conversion to common shares @ 80% of that average common share price prior to conversion but not lower then 50 cents. WOW Melody you get everything your way!
