Fwtiw, i get that you think/believe this stock is a scam and i can totally relate to what you are doing because i did pretty much the same with a true P&D OTC scam that was being pumped big time by a few that did their best to negate the facts but the truth came out in the end. However, i also presented SEC filings along with other source links to substantiate my facts which you may have already done and i have not seen so if this is the case then please provide a link so that i can better understand your perspective because imo the two things you have been posting doesn't really apply to INO now. Additionally and if you have not already done then might want to take a look at the PPS and vol before and after R/S during Dhillon's time here as CEO. Stock went right back down to where it had been before he turned the reigns over to Kim. SO if he is in fact pulling the strings behind the scenes here now then would have to say he is doing a much better job and he might want to start pulling the strings behind the scenes over at ONCS too.
