Do you know if MCOA's eCommerce model can be licensed in a state where marijuana has been legalized? We know they have to work through a dispensary at this time in California due to significant regulatory hurdles, and that they cannot operate in Washington with this model. See excerpt below.

As for availability of hemp-based CBD capsules, they are everywhere, even in public companies with far superior share structures and revenue to boot.

At this time, I disagree that MCOA is not a pump-and-dump. The next Q will reveal more reason to exercise caution. They need more products than a 5mg capsule of hemp CBD.
