Are they operating in compliance with the SEC laws that govern them as a registrant under the Securities Act of 1934?

They never bothered to file a Form 15-12G or J. G applies here though.

Shareholders shares are part of Xun Energy. Anything else is just noise. Only thing that matters here is the company that your investment is in. That company is the revoked Xun Energy, not Xun Oil or anything else.
