Sad, for the country and his legacy. Even in a scripted , strictly managed 60 min interview , the trump surfaced again. Once he's more comfortable w his new position, and the shock has worn off, he will go back to his old self IMO, and I think that settling period has occurred. Not saying it's a bad thing, because we should be getting lots of entertainment out of the deal. ;-)

yeah, saw that, but I would say it seemed to me he seemed beaten not just sad.

I sense he takes to the heart that voting Trump in, in effect is a vote of non-confidence for his own whatever, he realizes that people had enough of his hope and change that didn't materialized.

Even blacks (big time let down) are deeply disappointed with him, and it's not sitting well with him.

And there is no time to do anything about it, his time, a quite long time, run out.

He can only blame himself and I feel this is what is happening.
He finally realizes he foolishly blew his opportunity to make a difference for the country and for those that believed in him.

Oh boy
