I guess the needle is 23 gauge, which apparently isn't that big. It would require intra-muscular injection I think. The "fluid crystals" in cam 2038 apparently form a surface around the injection to give it structural integrity, but the FDA may give them some grief on the risk of dose dumping (I notice TTNP always mentions "no risk of dose dumping" in its corporate presentations).

Cam 2038 will come out around the same time as Indivior's injectable, and the competition will begin.

No known competition for the implant, however.
