Yes but the auth shares is 4 billion so you have to assume the many toxic financing holders could dump and cover any time. Lets see if WM should ever report say $5000 in actual earnings what would that bring the profit per share to.......a thousandth of a penny, maybe earnings of like $.000001 per share.
