wrong.. 15/12G filing is a clean shell filing for shell without business ready for reverse merger. and this filing is from 2014. read the BUYOUT R/M loi news from 10/2016. WSHE looks very interesting. if WSHE close the Buyout we will run some 1000% up. time window for the buyout only 4 weeks left. the News can kick in any time any day now. i am glad to be in before possible epic news out
