Sometimes best to not be an optimist with a penny stock company who hasn't made money in 10 years and survived by selling stock. I used to be that way, and am in general life, but have zero trust in management of penny stock companies. They all have an agenda that makes them money lol

People then help promote by pumping things up, getting others to buy, all artificial and no substance.

If I rented a restaurant and planned on remodeling some, I would have had a plan in place, bids in place, timelines in place, permits in place or applied for, and an overall timeline of 30 or 60 days for a grand opening. Who in the hell can rent a place for 16 months and not open??? How competent is this management???

This company has a horrible track record to say the least.
