I assume, given the overall cynical nature of everyone, save powderbum, that few hold great expectations for Calmare under the present regime (and Board?). Which leads to the next question: What happened at annual meeting, although, I suspect, given the nature of stock structure, voting structure, and holdings of those at the top of the pyramid, they rolled over every objection and authorized more shares, etc, plus reelected everyone in sight.
On that note, why is the former CEO/President still one the board and what, precisely, is his function? Once removed and replaced by Mir, why was he kept on?
Powderbum, since you appear to be closer to the company than others, can you please explain what function this person has other than draining money?
