The reality is that every one of those statements were bold face lies.
He knew he didn't have any intention of reaching any of those goals. He was simply pumping the stock to dilute into it.
It is fraudulent to mislead shareholder to increase the share price to then dilute into it. Anyone else find it eerily quite from the Headquarters in N.C.? I wonder if an investigation has started?
Time will tell... in the meantime, what's left of people's investments are dwindling into the .05 range!
