Do you seriously believe Venn Life Sciences went to all of this effort just to let someone sell a few shares of an American penny stock? Think about what you have suggested and realize just how ridiculous it sounds.
This is at .003 for one reason: the market still fails to understand the real ramifications of the deal. There will come a time when EHSK does one of three things. It will either distribute Integumen shares to EHSK shareholders as a dividend, sell its Integumen shares, or be bought out by another entity interested in its stake in Integumen. These are all very rewarding scenarios for EHSK shareholders.
You must be new to this stock, we have been working on this for many many months, a lot of us loaded up back in July and have been adding that every dip. These guys are serious.
