I have a very good explanation the 1st PR has to do with the "Confirmation" of Family Mobil Safety.

My Explanation;
(When you put out a PR, you have to confirmed it in writing - 8k or something! Stating that On4 communication acquired Family Mobil Safety)

Remember; On4 Communication tweeted us last week that they're working on "Filing".
