Hi Stan
Yes there are caps on capacity imposed by the Timber Department of the Government. However in applying and having multiple TA's we can increase the capacity accordingly across many areas. So to answer your question we could be logging 4200+ per year.
Having a processing and distribution point close to Port Moresby is the key to both wholesale and retail sales.
If there was an export order for $10M+ we would certainly be interested in negotiating our interest in accepting the order.

Warren

Subject: 4200 trees a year
Hi Warren,
Hope all is well. Is there a govt. 'cap' on our tree capacity_?_ For example, will we,and/or can we, be logging say, 4200 trees a year at some point in DLCRs' business life.
If you can comment further, that would be great. We are trying to get a fix on a reasonable Yearly Timber Revenue for DLCR two years down the road. A side note to this, for comment, is having our place close to Port Moresby with the added client exposure.
And finally, would DLCR take on a $15,000,000 USD yearly purchase agreement.,if one were to come way.
Best Regards,Stan
