"AGREES TO PAY" no one has done or will do that with a convicted felon at the helm, its not a surprise the stock price tanked after 7/28/15 when the world learned what Nathan was hiding and lying about.

The market forgives a lot, but not deception from convicted criminals who lie about their past.

Which is why a month later Nathan ran off to Peru to never be seen again with all the shareholders money....as he was getting on the plane going see ya suckers.....
