It's crazy to say, this rally isn't so much a rally but more so a correction to where these tickers should have been trading at. Under the Obama regime we saw the tech industry skyrocket to its 2000 bubble highs. Tech companies trading at astronomical numbers (50x P/E) with no revenue or profit. If that is any indication as to where BAC will be trading (33x P/E 2008) then $40-50pps sometime during the next 4 years is a high possibility IMO.
