the duo ipo is a done deal. see news and filings. they are just waiting on a ticker symbol to be assigned for public trading. They are listed under an account number now and symbol will be assigned soon.
No one should be doubting the duo ipo at this point .. it's a done deal! when can you buy shares is the question and my guess is any day now very soon.
